What we collect

Addon install identifiers and companion version metadata · character names, realms, regions, optional hashed GUIDs · run metadata (activity, instance, timestamps, participants) · structured conduct ratings and optional private moderation notes · appeal contact info when you submit a request.

What we never collect

Blizzard credentials or Battle.net client data · gameplay automation data, memory inspection, process information · payment prompts or supporter status · public raw comments or reviewer identities.

Public display

Public snapshots contain aggregate conduct states only. Private notes never export. One failed run or one negative submission is never enough to create a public caution: praise can start a record on its own, but nothing negative shows until independent accounts agree. Raters who leave almost nothing but negative ratings quietly lose their influence on standings. Negative signals stop counting after 60 days and growth feedback after 30, while positive reputation counts for the full 90. A bad night ages out faster than a good record. Suppressed or deleted data is removed from future exports.

Retention

Raw ingest details are retained only as long as needed for audit, replay, and abuse review. Private notes should be deleted or redacted when they are no longer needed for moderation. Public snapshots keep the current aggregate state and limited history for operational rollback.
